Building your own CV style independent rear end? You asked, and we listened! We’ve made ordering a Dutchman independent rear suspension for your project even easier, with packages that include everything you’ll need; no need to hunt around for individual “IRS” components anymore. Our hub to hub IRS assembly is a 30 year evolution that has resulted in an independent axle that we can confidently stand behind in the most extreme applications. Whether you’re building a cruiser, hi-tech street rod, muscle car, track car, or off road vehicle, a Dutchman independent rear assembly will be custom made to spec without breaking the bank! Produced in the USA, a Dutchman built Ford 9 inch third member gear set, coupled with our new independent CV center housings and chromoly stub axles, will handle exactly the performance level you need.

-We engineered the housing with extra thick cross sections for added strength. 
-Without sacrificing strength, the independent housing has a lightweight design [only 20 lbs.].
-Our new, fourth generation castings are poured and heat-treated in the United States, at a foundry that utilizes modern state-of-the-art equipment and “old-school know how”. The combination of engineering and the best production methods available has resulted in one of the strongest aluminum independent housings in the aftermarket automotive industry.
-The inner and outer stub shafts are designed for the extra heavy duty 934 constant velocity CV joint and are CNC machined using forged, double heat-treated 4340 chromoly material.
-For added strength and durability, the stub axles are supported using a Timken taper roller bearing (instead of the typical single row ball bearing our competitors use).
-Inner stub flange face to face measures 14 3/4” [one of the narrowest in the industry].
-33 spline chromoly 4340 outer stub axles.
-Custom made CV shafts, made to order, for any track width [production time is 2 weeks or less]. 

-CNC machined aluminum housing.
-Pr. Chromoly 4340 31 or 35 spline inner stub axles.
-Pr. Chromoly 4340 CV half shafts, fully assembled with EMPI joints, boots, & bolts [greased and ready to run].
-Pr. Chromoly 4340 33 spline outer stub axles.

-C7 Unit bearings [wheel hubs, compatible with C5-C7 uprights].
-Black CeraKote finished stubs and shafts [superior rust preventative and dirt repellant].
-Hy Tuf CV half shafts.
-RCV 934 CV joints with 300m body, cage, and race [The best in the industry].
-ARP 934 CV bolts with safety wire heads for track cars [a Dutchman exclusive].
-Billet aluminum or steel pinion mounting bracket.
-Billet aluminum or steel top mounting bracket.
-New, bolt on oil cooler with or without a pump for extreme applications.
