Axle Shaft Replacement Policies
Front & Rear Axles: |

| DUTCHMAN MOTORSPORTS will, at its option and details outlined below, replace its new “Street & Track” or “Front” alloy axle(s) if broken during use. DUTCHMAN MOTORSPORTS, INC. reserves the right to [If applicable] upgrade to a larger spline size or better alloy, or refund 50% of the purchase price if deemed necessary due to excessive power, gear advantage, or vehicle weight. Policy applies to the original purchaser only. The broken axle must be returned with the original DMI or Dealer "Warranty Card" and be unaltered or modified in any way [NO exceptions! NO warranty card = NO warranty]. The return freight (from DMI) is not included in the replacement policy. Any misrepresentation of application parameters voids the policy. Policy claims must have a return authorization number from Dutchman and be shipped “freight prepaid” by the customer (NO COD’s). All Dutchman shafts are warrantied against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship. | |
| Rear axle policy exclusions: -Welding or tacking of the bearing retainer rings [loc rings]. -Any product which has been damaged due to improper installation or setup. -Spline twisting or bent flange(s). -Circle track or Derby use covers the shaft inboard the bearing loc ring to spline end only. -Any axle shaft sale that has the invoice marked “NO guarantee against axle breakage” or “Not recommended for H.P. / vehicle / usage”. |

| Front axle policy exclusions: -Any product which has been damaged due to improper installation or setup. -Spline twisting [not broken]. -The yoke [U-Joint] ears. Warranty only covers the shaft against breakage. -Any axle shaft sale that has the invoice marked “NO guarantee against axle breakage” or “Not recommended for H.P. / vehicle / usage”. |
